ProColdPlunge Shipping & Delivery Policy

At ProColdPlunge, we specialize in the logistics of high-end wellness equipment. Because our saunas and cold plunges are heavy-duty, professional-grade units, they require specialized handling. We partner with the nation’s leading freight carriers to ensure your investment arrives in pristine condition.

Shipping Locations

We ship to the Contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations may be possible by special request and will require a custom freight quote. Please contact support@procoldplunge.com for inquiries.

Order Processing & Transit

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an automated email immediately upon placing your order. This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

  • Lead Times: Due to the exclusive nature of our products, some units are built to order. Standard processing takes 3–7 business days. Custom or out-of-stock items may have longer lead times, which will be communicated to you promptly.

  • Shipping Time: Once dispatched, freight transit typically takes 5–12 business days depending on your proximity to our fulfillment centers.

The Freight Delivery Process

All ProColdPlunge units are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight.

  • Delivery Appointment: The carrier will call you to schedule a specific delivery day and time window. Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is accurate.

  • Curbside Delivery: Standard delivery is "Curbside." The driver will unload the unit at the end of your driveway using a liftgate. Drivers are not permitted to move the unit into your home, backyard, or garage.

  • Inspection Requirement: You (or a designated adult) must be present to sign for the delivery. IMPORTANT: Inspect the crate for any signs of damage (punctures, crushed corners, etc.)
